Inconsistent room turn down service, High prices for on-site drinks!!! The shower could use more room, and bathroom plumbing left much to be desired!!! Vegan options were disappointingly limited!!!

We absolutely loved staying here, as it was less than a 5-minute walk to the duomo and just a few steps from the beautiful piazza della signoria, which made our city strolls so enjoyable and memorable. the food in the restaurant was excellent as well, providing a delightful end to our busy days. the hotel offered superb accommodations, perfect for weekend explorers like us, making it easy to unwind and recharge after a day of sightseeing.

Fantastic location and friendly staff!
I had a wonderful stay with an amazing view of the Duomo from my room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with options like freshly baked pastries that set a lovely tone for the day. My only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times.
